Bizak & Co. is a family house of estate jewelry and vintage watches in Miami's historic Seybold Building, in the trade since 1996. Below are the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't here, message us on WhatsApp — a real person answers.

Buying & offers

Are the pieces new or estate / pre-owned?

Our collection is estate and vintage jewelry and pre-owned luxury watches — pieces with history, not mass-produced new stock. Each one is examined and authenticated by a trained gemologist before it is listed.

Is each piece one of a kind?

Yes. Almost every piece is a single, one-of-a-kind item. When it sells, it is gone — so if a piece speaks to you, it is worth reserving rather than waiting.

How do I buy or reserve a piece?

You can reserve a piece on its product page or over WhatsApp at (786) 907-8883. A secure payment link is sent only after your order is confirmed — never before.

Can I make an offer or negotiate the price?

Yes. Every product page has a Make an Offer option, or you can simply message us on WhatsApp. Many pieces are listed OBO — we are happy to talk.

Shipping, authenticity & trust

How is my purchase packaged, shipped, and insured?

Each piece ships in a Bizak & Co. presentation box, fully insured and signature-required, with its certificate of authenticity.

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is one of a kind and individually priced, sales are final — with one important exception: if a piece arrives that is not as described, you may return it. If the metal, stones, carat weights, signature, or condition differ materially from the listing, contact us as soon as it arrives and we will make it right with a full refund on return. It is the flip side of how we list — exact specifics, stated plainly, so what you receive is what you were promised.

Is every piece authenticated, and do I get a certificate?

Yes. Every piece is personally examined and authenticated by a trained gemologist before listing, and ships with a certificate of authenticity and its gemological description. Where a stone carries an independent laboratory report such as a GIA report, that report and its number are stated on the product page.

Can I have a piece independently appraised?

Absolutely. An appraisal is available on request, and you are always free to have any piece verified by an independent gemologist of your choosing. We list exact carat weights and specifics so there are no surprises.

How do I know a signed piece, such as a Tiffany or David Webb, is genuine?

A signed piece is described as signed, with its hallmark or maker's mark noted; an unsigned piece is described as unsigned. We never let a screw motif pass for a house it isn't — the signature, or its absence, is always stated plainly.

How do I reach you with a question about a specific piece?

Message or call us on WhatsApp at (786) 907-8883, or request an appraisal through the site. We are based in Miami's historic Seybold Building, in the jewelry trade since 1996.

Still have a question?

Ask about a specific piece — its stones, its papers, its maker — before you buy. We'd rather you be certain.
